ABOUT JUMPSTARZ
JumpStarz uses the fun and exciting sport of double-dutch to build confidence, improve cardio-vascular health & nutrition, while empowering youth to set and reach goals. Recognizing the importance of health and wellness and knowing firsthand the benefits of competition and recreational jump rope, Patricia decided it was time to share her love for double-dutch with her southern community.

In 2012 Patricia launched JumpStarz Jump Rope Lessons, a Limited Liability Company who operates in Richmond Virginia and the surrounding areas. JumpStarz is trademarked, licensed, and insured. JumpStarz is very reputable with past and current contracts/partnerships with: County of Henrico, City of Richmond, County of Chesterfield, Richmond Public Schools, Fort Lee Military Base, Richmond Preparatory, St. Michaels Episcopal School, 21st Century Learning, Poplar Springs hospital, Next Up RVA and many so many more.

JumpStaz provides jump rope lessons and demonstrations for after school programs, birthday parties, corporate team building, community events, family reunions, summer camps and youth programs.

A local organization called JumpStarz is teaching young people to land leading roles in their own lives through the game of double Dutch. “Our goal is to build confidence, give them something to do, help them learn to reach goals, and meet new people,” explained Patricia Clement, owner and founder of JumpStarz.
MEET THE JUMPSTARZ TEAM
JumpStarz staff has Law Enforcement & Education backgrounds and undergo background screenings. We ensure a safe learning environment for all jumpers. We’re enthusiastic, patient and love the sport of double-dutch. We customize teaching techniques to accommodate everyone from a first-time jumper to an experienced jumper. Our goal is to motivate and educate so that each jumper will walk away feeling proud and confident. PATRICIA CLEMENT, FOUNDER AND HEAD COACH
Patricia Clement is a devoted wife, mother of 2, mentor, A.A.U. Coach, entrepreneur and has twenty years of Law Enforcement. Patricia has a passion for helping people and is an excellent role model. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Patricia relocated to Virginia in 1997, began volunteering at the Southside YMCA teaching double-dutch in 2002 and established JumpStarz LLC in 2012. JumpStarz is trademarked with United States Trademark Patent Office, licensed, insured and reputable with City of Richmond, County of Henrico, County of Chesterfield and many others.
